For premium natural foods and veterinary-grade supplements, we have dedicated temperature-controlled zones. Even in Sydney's hot summer, the temperature in core storage areas is maintained between 18-24°C, effectively preventing oil rancidity and loss of active ingredients.
We use an industry-leading Warehouse Management System (WMS), enabling full barcode tracking from inbound palletizing and slotting optimization to picking and packing. Inventory accuracy is as high as 99.9%, eliminating missed or incorrect shipments.
As a high-standard wholesaler, we strictly implement weekly disinfection and pest control plans. The warehouse floor is treated with dust-free epoxy resin, and all food SKUs are stored on pallet racks more than 15cm off the ground, complying with Australia's strictest food safety regulations.
