Do I need an ABN to register?
Yes. Yokicaty is exclusively for business customers (B2B). You must
provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) during registration.
Can I purchase as an individual?
Sorry, our current business model does not support direct-to-consumer
retail. We recommend purchasing through our authorized distributors.
How long does account approval take?
Generally, our team will review your application and activate your
account within 24 hours (business days).
Orders & Payment
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
To maintain competitive wholesale pricing, our standard first order
minimum is $500 AUD. Subsequent orders have no strict limits, but we recommend ordering by
the case to save on shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), VISA/MasterCard credit cards,
and PayPal. For large orders, we recommend EFT to avoid surcharges.
Logistics & Stock
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will be picked and packed the
same day. Sydney Metro delivery is usually next-day. Nationwide delivery takes 3-5 business
days.
