Terms of Service

• "Company", "We", "Seller": Refers to Yokicaty (ABN: 12 345 678 901), registered address: 3 Boronia Street, Belfield NSW 2191.
• "Customer", "Buyer", "You": Refers to any individual, partnership, company, or other business entity submitting an order to Yokicaty for goods or services.
• "Goods": Refers to goods provided by Yokicaty to the customer, including but not limited to pet food, supplies, and related accessories.
• "Account": Refers to the account registered by the customer on the Yokicaty wholesale portal for trading purposes.

2.1 You must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date business registration information (including valid ABN). If information changes, you represent to notify us in writing within 7 business days.

2.2 Accounts are for authorized internal business personnel use only. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. Yokicaty is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially in cases of suspected fraud, breach of credit terms, or prolonged inactivity (12 consecutive months).

3.1 Orders submitted by you on the website constitute an Offer to purchase. Only when you receive our "Shipment Confirmation" or "Invoice" email is the order deemed formally Accepted, at which point a sales contract is formed between the parties.

3.2 We strive to ensure inventory accuracy, but if stock shortages occur due to system errors or supply chain disruptions, we reserve the right to cancel your order (in part or in full) and provide a full refund. Yokicaty is not liable for any indirect losses (such as loss of profit) caused by order cancellation.

3.3 Once an order enters "Processing" status, if you need to change or cancel, you must contact customer service within 4 hours. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must be processed according to the return policy.

4.1 Prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping. The final price is subject to the invoice amount.

4.2 Standard payment terms are Prepaid. For accounts with credit limits, payment terms are as stated on your invoice (usually Net 14 or Net 30).

4.3 Overdue payments will result in suspension of supply. For debts overdue by more than 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a monthly late fee of 2% and pursue all relevant debt collection and legal costs.

4.4 Retention of Title to the goods remains with Yokicaty until full payment is received. Until paid, the buyer holds the goods as trustee only and has no right to use them as security for any debt.

5.1 Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (logistics company), or when you pick up the goods from the warehouse.

5.2 Estimated delivery times provided are for reference only and are not legally binding. Yokicaty is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, customs inspections).

5.3 Please inspect outer packaging upon receipt. If significant damage is found, please note it on the delivery note and refuse to sign, or take photos and contact us within 24 hours.

6.1 We guarantee that all goods sold are genuine and comply with relevant Australian legal standards. Warranty terms for manufacturing defects are provided by respective brand manufacturers, and Yokicaty will assist you with warranty claims.

6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yokicaty excludes all implied terms, conditions, and warranties. Our total liability for any special, indirect, or consequential loss (including loss of goodwill, anticipated savings) arising from use of this website or purchase of goods shall not exceed the amount paid by you in that order.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW) and the Commonwealth of Australia. Both parties agree to submit any disputes arising hereof to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
