1. Account Eligibility & Registration
Yokicaty provides wholesale services exclusively to legal Business Entities. All customers applying for a wholesale account must meet the following conditions:
- Must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) or relevant business registration proof.
- Must be engaged in pet-related industries, including but not limited to physical pet stores, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and online pet stores with independent domains.
- Must provide a detailed operating address and contact information.
2. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum Order Value
To maintain an efficient wholesale operation system, Yokicaty has set the following order standards:
- First Order: Minimum amount is $500 AUD (excluding tax and shipping).
- Reorders: Minimum amount is $200 AUD.
SKU MOQ
Most products support "Open Stock", but some specific low unit price items (e.g., cans, small treat packs) may require ordering by the Case Pack. Specific requirements will be clearly marked on the product detail page.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All listed wholesale prices are net prices excluding GST. The final invoice will automatically calculate 10% GST at checkout.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express (1.5% surcharge applies)
- Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)
- PayPal
Credit Terms (Net 30)
For long-term partners with over 6 months of cooperation and good credit history, Yokicaty can offer Net 14 or Net 30 terms. A separate credit application form must be submitted for financial review.
4. Shipping & Logistics
Dispatch Time
In-stock orders are usually dispatched from our Belfield, NSW warehouse within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates
- NSW Sydney Metro: Free shipping for orders over $800; otherwise flat rate $25.
- NSW Regional & Other States: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on order weight, volume, and destination postcode. We partner with Toll, TNT, StarTrack, and others to ensure the optimal shipping solution for you.
Click & Collect supported. Please select "Belfield Warehouse Pickup" at checkout and book a pickup time at least 4 hours in advance.
5. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
To maintain brand image and healthy market competition, Yokicaty requires all distributors to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
6. Returns & Claims
Please inspect goods within 3 business days of receipt. If there is damage, incorrect shipment, or missing items, please take photos and send to claims@yokicaty.com.au.
For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues (e.g., ordering mistakes), due to the nature of wholesale business, we will charge a 15% Restocking Fee, and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Short Date Stock items are not eligible for return or exchange.
